12 NOV 2007 The public beta of 'Toast and Trash' went on release today. This new version takes account of the feedback from our alpha-testing phase and makes the site more focused on the user's and their reviews.

'Toast and Trash' now provides social-networking functions and blogging capabilities as enhancements to the standard review process. In addition, 'Toast and Trash' uses a 'folksonomy' method of classifying reviews - asking users to tag their reviews as they enter them. This results in the 'TaT Cloud' : a map of the top 50 tag terms in use on 'Toast and Trash', giving an at a glance view of hot topics.

31 OCT 2007 'Toast and Trash' went into closed user 'alpha' testing today.

'Toast and Trash' 'alpha' provides basic review functionality to explore how users want to use the website. Alpha testers will be providing feedback which we will incorporate into the public beta in two weeks time.

01 OCT 2007 'Toast and Trash' is now being developed with a view to launching an alpha test version by the end of October 2007.

The Director's are pleased to invite pre-registration by those who want to be invited to participate in the alpha testing to help us develop the site.
