Opinion:

when trying to track a parcel and enter the consignment
number,the font size is so small you cannot read what you
have written,also it is blue writing in a blue box approx 3mm
heigh and 25mm long.There is plenty of space on the page so
why not make life easy for the user and make the box and
font size bigger.
