How many people does it take to change a bulb?

Opinion:
|
European motorists are obliged to carry spare light bulbs,
however, if you own a Renault Megane like mine, you will find
you have to take your car to a Renault dealer to have the
indicator or head light bulbs changed. This was quoted as
0.7hrs of labour at my local Renault dealer, Darlington's of
Harlow. How mad is this?
