Opinion:

It's supposed to contain an active ingredient called
"boswelox" that I guess is named to remind you of Botox and
claims to work on the micro muscles that cause expression
lines and smooth them out.
It is a nice mid price, light easily absorbed daily
moisturiser that works. I'm not sure about the rest
