warehouse in Birmingham but they provide a mail-order
service too. This review is specifically to toast their 'hard to
find' service for tracking down deleted or rare records.

Kudos to these guys... over 4 years ago I registered a couple
of long-ago-deleted tracks that I remembered from the 80s
and wanted to get on vinyl. Then 2 months ago (ie about 4
years later!) I received an email saying that they had found
one of them. Now in my book that's pretty good customer
service considering that in the intervening time I hadn't
bought anything from them. I'm not giving them a 5 because I
remember in the past having a few problems with them not
delivering to addresses different from the billing address, but
if anyone finds out that they have since remedied this I am
happy to bump up the score. They are pretty good at
responding to emails in a personal and friendly way, even if
you a (a) a girl and (b) not an international superstar DJ so I
would rather buy vinyl from this lot than all those poncey
places in soho. So ner.
