Description: Family Gym
Opinion: I have been a member at our local Next Gen gym for 5 years
but due to the terrible service am cancelling our membership.
Last night was the final straw when we arrived for my 11
year old daughters aerobics class and no one turned up to
take it. She was very upset and I was furious. I have today
been waiting for the membership co-ordinator to call me and
surprise surprise no call, having called their head office about
the complaint I am told that I have to put it in writing and
the Cambridge Manager is not on site today so could also not
speak to me.
