Description: The bulk supply of LPG to properties unable to get mains gas
Opinion: When changing gas suppliers this company continue to
charge an uplift fee for tank removal despite the Competition
Commission report saying this should not be done.
If you want to reduce your LPG bill by over 30% change to an
independant supplier such as EXtra Gas (Manchester )

Description: Parcel tracking system
Opinion: when trying to track a parcel and enter the consignment
number,the font size is so small you cannot read what you
have written,also it is blue writing in a blue box approx 3mm
heigh and 25mm long.There is plenty of space on the page so
why not make life easy for the user and make the box and
font size bigger.
